Biography

Courses: Rock Climbing I and Rock Climbing Fitness at the Rec climbing wall, and Swiftwater Safety.

I am originally from Houston and Philadelphia, but moved to Oregon in 1986. I am a professional outdoor educator and guide, freelance photographer, and graphic designer. I have degrees in telecommunications and film, graphic design and outdoor leadership, and am also professionally certified in many outdoor fields including skiing, sailing, whitewater rescue, and wilderness medicine. I hold a passion and appreciation for traveling simply. I love to wander the globe capturing the beauty while learning and experiencing more about our world.

Cost of attendance is the estimated cost to attend the UO for the academic year. The Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships provides estimates for cost of attendance information that goes beyond tuition and fees, and includes: living expenses (housing and food), books/supplies/equipment, transportation, and miscellaneous personal expenses.
